Strike-off Letters

Strike-off Letter 494-16-03 has taken effect and is posted on the Strike-off Letter page. The Strike-off Letter clarifies the definition of a mobile operation and modifies PATA 302 for operations which temporarily do not meet the requirements in the definition of a mobile operation.
